1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to EZ4. This Terms and Conditions document is a binding agreement between you ("User") and EZ4 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. ez4 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use EZ4 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Not a resident of any country that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• Never previously suspended or banned from the EZ4 platform.
• Registering voluntarily and not under pressure from any party.
• The information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Ez4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm user eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

3 Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of their balances.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• Ensure that no other party has access to your account.
• Report any unauthorized access to the ez4 support team immediately.
• Updating personal information whenever changes occur.

Ez4 is not liable for any losses arising from your negligence in maintaining account security. However, our team is ready to assist you in recovering your account should any security issue arise.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Ez4 supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods including online banking, digital wallets, and other methods listed on the Deposit us. All transactions are processed through fully encrypted channels.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit page and may change from time to time.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• Ez4 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to complete account verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except under certain circumstances.
• Ez4 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawals.
• Funds earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ez4 offers a variety of exciting bonuses and promotions to our members. All offers are subject to the specific conditions stated alongside each promotion, as well as the following general terms:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Each user is eligible for each type of bonus only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Ez4 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer without prior notice in the event of misuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• Using a VPN or other methods to obtain bonuses you are not eligible for will result in the cancellation of those bonuses.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the EZ4 platform operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by third-party audit bodies. This ensures every game outcome is random, fair, and cannot be manipulated.

• Game results are final once a round is completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, EZ4 will endeavour to restore your game session to its last verified state.
• Ez4 reserves the right to void any rounds or games affected by an obvious technical error, including incorrect odds or erroneous reward displays.
• Users are not permitted to use any automation software, bots, or third-party tools while playing.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Ez4 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against activities that threaten the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to cheat the system, manipulate games, or exploit software bugs.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Money Laundering: Using the EZ4 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts or using false information to obtain bonuses.
• System Disruption: Any attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise platform operations.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential legal action where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the EZ4 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of EZ4 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from EZ4.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Ez4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Failed identity verification or false information provided during registration.
• Suspicious activity or conduct that violates responsible gaming policies.
• Request by the user themselves to close their account.

Users also have the right to close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active wagers will be settled according to actual game results.

10 Limitation of Liability

Ez4 provides the platform "as is" and makes no specific warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, EZ4 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, circumstances beyond our control, or third-party interference.
• Losses arising from the user's own negligence in maintaining their account security.

11 Changes to Terms

Continued use of the EZ4 platform following any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account.
